Scott Welker has far-reaching experience in property law with an extended knowledge and understanding of community association law and builder/developer law. He is licensed in Arizona and Utah where his primary practice focuses on residential Real Estate developments including representation of community associations, home builders, and Real Estate developers offering general counsel, litigation, drafting and interpretation of governing documents, negotiation of contracts and other legal documents, and covenant enforcement. He also practices in collections and general real estate where his experience includes quieting title, resolving boundary disputes, and drafting and defending easements. He is a member of the board for the Salt Lake Homebuilders Association and the Utah Community Association Institute’s Legislative Action Committee, a body that drafts and advocates for community association legislation.

Prior to practicing law, Scott worked in the offices of a major developer in the Phoenix metropolitan area and at the Arizona State Legislature.  After four years of practicing law in Arizona, he and his wife moved to Lehi where all three of their children were born.  Scott loves the mountains and the fly fishing that Utah offers but will never stop being a fan of Arizona sports teams - no matter how many times they break his heart.
