Sydney was born and raised in Montrose, Colorado, and moved to Salt Lake City, Utah in August 2008 to study Exercise and Sports Science and Nutrition at the University of Utah. She later studied Paralegal Studies at Utah Valley University, and has worked in the legal industry for the last eight years with her experience primarily in community association law and HOA collections.

In her free time, Sydney enjoys traveling with her husband and daughter, watching sports, and brunching with her friends on the weekends.
